The company caters to prominent customers across various sectors, including Cement & Steel, IT & Data Centre, Heavy Engineering, FMCG, and Utility.

Mr. Pinaki Bhattacharyya, MD, and CEO of AmpIn Energy Transition, emphasized the transformative potential for the Eastern region, traditionally associated with coal, to embrace renewable energy. He highlighted the strategic investment as a pivotal milestone in AmpIn’s mission to propel the transition to renewables in the region. Mr. Bhattacharyya expressed AmpIn’s readiness to collaborate with any customer to achieve 100% Renewable Energy (RE) and stressed the unstoppable shift to renewables with the right policy interventions like Green Energy Open Access. The establishment of an integrated solar cell and module manufacturing capacity in the region, according to him, would further fortify the momentum towards renewables.

AmpIn is set to inaugurate a state-of-the-art 1.3 GW solar manufacturing facility in Odisha, reinforcing its commitment to India’s solar energy ambitions and self-sufficiency. This facility is expected to play a crucial role in job creation, economic stimulation, and positioning the Eastern region as a significant player in the renewable energy sector.
