Anshul Khurana is the Co-founder and CEO of Entitled Solutions, a fintech and healthtech venture committed to improving the lives of India’s gig and low-income workforce. With over a decade of experience in building innovative products and launching businesses from the ground up, Anshul plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s long-term vision, strategic direction, and partnerships.
An alumnus of the Indian School of Business (ISB) and Hindu College, University of Delhi, Anshul began his professional journey at EY (Ernst & Young) in the Risk Management division, where he contributed to the setup and management of Asia-Pacific operations. He then joined India Infrastructure as a Product Manager, where he spearheaded the creation and scale-up of India Infra Monitor—an analytics platform that evolved into an independent business unit and a major revenue generator.
His entrepreneurial journey took shape at Housing.com, followed by his role as Co-founder & CEO at Grand Resource Factory (GRF), a personnel services startup. At GRF, Anshul established a nationwide footprint, offering services across home maintenance, staffing, and facility management. Under his leadership, GRF grew to employ over 1,500 people and achieved an annual revenue run rate of $2 million.
Driven by a strong social mission, Anshul co-founded Entitled Solutions to bridge critical gaps in financial and healthcare benefits for gig workers. The platform is designed to help workers better spend, save, and invest, with a goal to empower 10 million individuals by 2026. The company is also rolling out large-scale healthcare programs for underserved communities, including domestic and construction workers, aiming to transform urban low-income healthcare delivery.
Beyond the boardroom, Anshul is a passionate sports enthusiast with a love for the English Premier League, and enjoys playing badminton, squash, and tennis. He is a proud member of the Lions Club and actively contributes to CSR initiatives through Entitled Solutions, focusing on creating meaningful social impact.
