Curefoods Takes Over 11 Stores in Delhi NCR as Part of National Expansion Strategy

New Delhi, May 13, 2025 — Curefoods, one of India’s fastest-growing cloud kitchen and QSR operators, has acquired the exclusive pan-India rights for the globally renowned doughnut and coffee brand, Krispy Kreme. This strategic move marks Curefoods’ foray into North India and significantly strengthens its national footprint.

Previously holding exclusive rights for South India, Curefoods will now take over operations of 11 Krispy Kreme outlets in Delhi NCR, which include 7 retail stores and 4 cloud kitchens located in key areas such as Worldmark Aerocity, Select City Walk (Saket), Ambience Mall (Gurgaon), Promenade Mall (Vasant Kunj), and Mall of India (Noida).

With this acquisition, Curefoods now operates over 100 Krispy Kreme outlets across India, offering a mix of dine-in experiences and delivery-first cloud kitchens.

“This is a landmark moment in Krispy Kreme’s India journey,” said Ankit Nagori, Founder, Curefoods. “With pan-India rights under one umbrella, we’re set to build a unified strategy that drives brand growth, enhances customer experience, and fosters innovation. Our expansion into Delhi NCR is just the beginning—we aim to scale Krispy Kreme in a sustainable, accessible, and exciting way for consumers nationwide.”

In addition to expanding in North India, Curefoods has also set its sights on strengthening Krispy Kreme’s presence in western markets such as Mumbai, as part of its broader national growth strategy.

The acquisition reflects Curefoods’ long-term vision to bring globally celebrated food brands closer to Indian consumers by leveraging its robust distribution capabilities, operational expertise, and data-driven consumer insights.
