Hyderabad, India — March 16, 2023 —Today, Salesforce, a global CRM leader, announced its expansion of the Centre of Excellence (CoE) in Hyderabad, India, marking a significant boost to the company’s presence in the region. Over the past decade, Salesforce has invested heavily in India, with the Hyderabad CoE opening its doors in 2016, establishing India as a top talent and innovation hub for the company. With offices in Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Pune, and Jaipur, Salesforce now employs over 9,000 individuals in India.
The CoE plays a crucial role in supporting Salesforce’s research and development programs, offering world-class innovation to engineering teams who have helped develop a significant portion of Salesforce’s latest products. Additionally, the CoE’s customer success team provides trusted implementation and technical solution advice to help support the company’s growing global customer base.
Salesforce plans to expand the CoE with a state-of-the-art facility covering over 680,000 square feet, featuring ten office floors and two hospitality floors, designed to meet the needs of the future workforce with a focus on collaboration, sustainability, and employee wellness. The building will pursue LEED Gold certification, aligning with Salesforce’s commitment to sustainability.
