DELHI – Jan. 24, 2023: Exterro, a leading provider of Legal Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) software, has announced the acquisition of Zapproved, a provider of e-discovery software known for its excellent customer service. This move is aimed at strengthening Exterro’s vision of enabling organizations to proactively and defensibly manage their legal GRC obligations.
The financial details of the acquisition have not been disclosed. The acquisition of Zapproved will enhance Exterro’s existing solution by providing a comprehensive and unified platform that addresses all phases of the e-discovery and forensic investigative process. The growing need for a solution that can identify, understand, and manage data in a contextual manner within a consistent, defensible process, and maintain data integrity, is one of the main reasons behind Exterro’s acquisition of Zapproved.
This will enable organizations to better manage the complex interconnections of e-discovery, privacy, legal operations, digital investigations, cybersecurity response, and information governance.
