- Rupali Govil has worked as network consultant for 6 years in Cisco, completed her engineering in Computer Science in 2007-2011 batch from Madhav Institute of Technology and Science, Gwalior.
What is the problem you are trying to solve? Can you share with us any insights that led you to believe that this is a big enough problem?
Travellers and small medium entreprises face problems for stay during travel due to non-flexible checkin/checkout, high rates. Being a travellers and an entrepreneur faced this problem in this era of startup where entrepreneurs are looking to save every penny with a need of flexible and luxurious stay.
What is the uniqueness about your Startup?
Bag2Bag is moulding your stay per your pocket. Enabling people to make their stay ‘Smart and Innovative’ by making it affordable and versatile as customers per check-in/check-out. We are targeting startups/entrepreneurs, they book hotel room for their stay and pay only for the time they have to stay smart.
What is the revenue model? What is the logic behind it? What is the model you are following – Free / Freemium / Premium etc. ? Explain your thought process.
With the margin of 5-25% we are generating revenue for customers, with our startups/entrepreneurs partners we have hospitality rates same for travellers with a dynamic pricing engine embedded into system.
Who are the consumers that you are targeting? How is this going to affect them?
We are targeting one day visitors who travel for 1 day which includes pilgrims, backpackers, entrepreneurs, pharmacy medical representatives, sales and marketing team of small medium enterprises.
What is the big picture of your startup? Will it lead to something bigger? If so, how?
In this era of startups and small medium enterprises, we will be the one stop solution for easier and smarter stay by providing Mini-stay, Night-Stay, & customized stay with flexible Check-in Check-out time.
What is the success story of your startup in your own words?
Moulding customer’s stay as per their pocket. Our mission is stay smart pay smart.
If we consider Bag2Bag as successful then there may not be no more targets, instead we have achieved huge milestones as a startup like we have got 20 cities covered major ones (Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Chandigarh, Jaipur) as of now and expanding everyday.
We have many more milestones to go. Our success story is in making but we are cruising towards our mission. Our milestones tells well about how we have worked extremely hard to make this innovation a reality in everyday life. Our tie ups with the hotels rose exponential because property owners are understanding the importance of smart stay. We have started serving a few customers and glad to get amazing responses by them. Our back-end support is strengthening in pace. Our success would be counted when we achieve a few more milestones when the chronicle would be written by others instead us.
