The company aims to transform user-facing messaging with AI-powered, real-time personalization.
Drawing from their experience at Twitter, Pinterest, and Tumblr, Mittal and Hara identified a critical market gap: the sluggish and inefficient nature of traditional A/B testing and content creation methods. just words addresses this by providing continuous optimization, replacing one-off tests with real-time adjustments.
Neha Mittal, CEO and Co-Founder of just words, commented, “We are excited to collaborate with Peak XV and Y Combinator to revolutionize business communications. This funding will allow us to enhance our AI capabilities and expand our team to meet the rising demand for personalized messaging.”
Mittal also noted the growing need for hyper-personalization in an AI-driven world, stating, “As users encounter more AI-generated content, only the most relevant and engaging messages will stand out.”
The platform has already attracted AI-first companies such as Grammarly, BeReal, and BiggerPockets, showcasing its effectiveness. just words is also targeting the Indian market with solutions for platforms like Naukri and Jeevansathi.
The AI engine of just words refines messaging based on user behavior and market trends, optimizing content across emails and push notifications. This enables businesses to test various messaging approaches simultaneously, combat content fatigue, and enhance engagement and conversions. With its focus on scalable, personalized content, just words is set to lead in the AI-powered optimization space.
