Bengaluru, 31st December 2024 — Curefoods, India’s prominent F&B house of brands, has acquired the South and West India operations of Krispy Kreme, the globally celebrated doughnut and coffee brand, from the Landmark Group. This acquisition marks a significant step in Curefoods’ journey to broaden its portfolio and strengthen its presence in India’s dynamic food service market.
Previously managed by the Landmark Group, Krispy Kreme’s South Indian operations included nearly 50 points of access across the region. This acquisition allows Curefoods to leverage the brand’s established reputation, extensive customer base, and operational network to drive accelerated growth. Additionally, as part of this transaction, Landmark Hospitality Services Limited will take a stake in Curefoods India.
Curefoods has also entered a multi-year franchising agreement with Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corporation, aiming to develop over 350 new points of access across India within the next five years.
