Gurugram, August 5, 2025 — In a major endorsement for India’s growing supply chain tech ecosystem, actor and entrepreneur Ranbir Kapoor has invested in Prozo, a full-stack, tech-enabled supply chain platform that supports some of the country’s fastest-scaling brands.

Kapoor, known for his strategic investments in ventures such as ARKS and Mumbai City FC, brings both star power and business acumen to Prozo. His entry signals growing investor interest in backend infrastructure that supports India’s expanding consumer economy.

“Every brand today needs speed, consistency, and adaptability,” said Ranbir Kapoor. “Prozo’s systems give brands that edge. I’ve seen how great execution builds trust and Prozo is enabling that behind the scenes.”

Founded by Dr. Ashvini Jakhar—a former naval doctor and ex-McKinsey consultant—Prozo provides end-to-end supply chain solutions across B2B, D2C, and marketplace channels through a unified tech stack. Its in-house tools, including ProWMS, ProShip, and a centralized Control Tower, enable real-time visibility and SLA-driven execution across warehousing, freight, and fulfillment.

“Ranbir brings creative depth and strategic thinking,” said Dr. Ashvini Jakhar, Founder & CEO, Prozo. “His belief in reliable operations mirrors our ethos, and we’re excited to build with his support.”

With 42 tech-enabled warehouses covering 2.2 million sq. ft. and servicing over 24,000 pin codes, Prozo currently powers 150+ brands, including The Minimalist, Neemans, Comet, Beardo, Snitch, Traya, Powerlook, and PhonePe. The company has achieved an annual revenue run rate of ₹250 crore and previously raised $20 million from Sixth Sense Ventures and JAFCO Asia.

Prozo plans to expand its footprint to new cities, double down on automation and predictive analytics, and launch specialized fulfillment solutions for MSMEs and quick commerce brands. Enhancing Same-Day and Next-Day Delivery (SDD & NDD) services also remains a key focus area, as it looks to meet rising consumer expectations around speed and reliability.
