Advantage Club on track to report INR 100 crore GMV in 2019-20

New Delhi | 2nd March 2020: India’s largest one-stop-shop for corporate benefits and employee rewards programs, Advantage Club has recorded a GMV of INR 100 crore in the fiscal year 2019-20. The company registered a growth rate of 400% during this period and has proven itself as one of the leaders of the employee loyalty program sector.

Currently, Advantage Club’s programs run in the metro cities and the company is eyeing expansion throughout tier-2 cities.

Sourabh Deorah, CEO and Co-founder of Advantage Club commented on the company’s accelerating growth, “We have partnered with over 10,000 brands and tied up with more than 250 corporates. Employee satisfaction is vital for bringing down attrition rates in organizations. We have been able to create thousands of mutually rewarding relationships between employees and their employers and will continue to do so.”

“We are aiming to increase our growth rate by 500% in the upcoming year. That’s easier said than done, but to maintain the current growth rate, we are already providing an end-to-end system for corporations through our business partners. Weare planning to give a more holistic solution to HR requirements and launch more products soon which will simplify HR practices,” he added.
