New Delhi, May 19, 2025 — Alcovia, a first-of-its-kind offline learning community tailored for high-potential students aged 11 to 16, has officially launched in Delhi-NCR. With a strong focus on immersive, real-world learning and holistic development, the initiative aims to redefine how teenagers explore careers, build future-ready skills, and grow into confident individuals.
The community has been founded by Sahil Puri, a seasoned business leader with experience at leading tech and consumer companies including Flipkart, Meesho, Noise, and Nothing. Alcovia brings together a team of educators and strategists from reputed institutions such as SRCC, LSR, SSCBS, and IIM Indore.
Speaking at the launch, Sahil Puri said, “At Alcovia, we’re reimagining what it means to grow up future-ready. Our vision is to help teenagers discover their unique strengths and develop the mindset to lead, innovate, and thrive. We’re currently looking to onboard 40 curious, passionate students in our first cohort—because we believe great learning happens when exceptional minds collaborate.”

Alcovia’s flagship program is designed to offer deep, meaningful engagement through:
- Curated Teen Community: A diverse cohort of motivated students from grades 6–10 come together to learn collaboratively through peer-led projects, discussion groups, and real-world challenges.
- Fortnightly Workshops: Interactive workshops held twice a month with professionals from various industries aim to build real-world context and soft skills. Sessions also include AI-based analysis of 11 critical soft skills such as communication, critical thinking, and teamwork.
- 1:1 Professional Mentorship: Each student is paired with a mentor from the industry for personalized exposure, guidance, and live project opportunities.
- Hyper-Personalized Career Guidance: A structured roadmap is created for each student, with weekly, monthly, and annual checkpoints, guided by academic advisors and counselors.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset Development: Students are supported in launching real ventures under the mentorship of startup founders—developing resilience, creativity, and practical business acumen.
- Empathy and Social Leadership: Through meaningful community service projects, students are encouraged to develop empathy and responsibility towards society.
- Holistic Wellness: The program incorporates support for mental health, physical fitness, and nutrition as essential components of student success.
- Personal Branding: Recognizing the role of digital identity, Alcovia guides students to build authentic personal brands, helping them stand out in university admissions and future opportunities.
Alcovia admits a new batch of students annually through a selection process based on aptitude and passion. Offline sessions are hosted at top venues across Delhi-NCR, including Quorum, ensuring a high-quality and enriching learning environment.
