India, 14 October 2025 – Arrcus, a global leader in hyperscale networking software, has announced a major expansion of its India operations to meet rising demand for next-generation AI, datacenter, and mobile network infrastructure. The move includes new leadership appointments, deeper ecosystem partnerships, and a strengthened commitment to delivering AI-ready, scalable networking solutions for Indian enterprises, telecom providers, and cloud operators.

At the core of Arrcus’ strategy is its ACE-AI (Arrcus Connected Edge-AI) Networking Fabric, purpose-built to connect xPUs (GPUs, DPUs, CPUs) and AI workloads across datacenters, cloud, and mobile environments. The platform enables high-performance inferencing and training with reduced latency, optimized power usage, and lower cost—critical capabilities for India’s fast-growing digital economy.

“India is leading the global AI revolution as both an innovation hub and a high-growth market,” said Shekar Ayyar, CEO of Arrcus. “Our expanded presence and partnerships position Arrcus as the preferred alternative to legacy providers like Cisco, Arista, and HPE-Juniper.”

To support its growth, Arrcus has appointed Vikram Anand as Managing Director for India Sales and Business Development, and Ashutosh Sharma to lead engineering operations. Both bring decades of experience from global tech leaders including Cisco, VMware, Citrix, and Motorola.

Arrcus is also expanding its partner ecosystem in India, collaborating with Fujitsu, UfiSpace, and Edgecore to deliver open, disaggregated networking solutions that support AI workloads, 5G expansion, and digital transformation across industries.

The company will showcase its leadership in AI networking at two major industry events this month:

  • Global Fintech Fest (GFF25) in Mumbai, featuring a panel and masterclass by Umesh Bellur, Consulting Architect at Arrcus and Professor at UC San Diego.
  • India Mobile Congress (IMC25) in New Delhi, where Shekar Ayyar will deliver a keynote on “AI Networking for the Next Era of Mobility and Digital Infrastructure.”

“India represents one of the most exciting opportunities in networking today,” said Roy Chua, Founder of AvidThink. “Arrcus is well-positioned to support India’s digital and AI ambitions with open, scalable infrastructure.”
