Cybersecurity Firm Meta Infotech Launches ₹80 Cr IPO on BSE SME Platform to Fuel Expansion

Delhi/Mumbai/Bangalore/Hyderabad/Chennai — July 2025: Meta Infotech Limited, a leading provider of comprehensive cybersecurity solutions, has announced the launch of its Initial Public Offering (IPO) on the BSE SME platform. The IPO will open for subscription on July 4, 2025, and close on July 8, 2025, with a price band of ₹153 to ₹161 per equity share of face value ₹10 each.

The offering includes a fresh issue of 12,45,000 equity shares and an offer for sale of 37,35,000 equity shares, aggregating to 49,80,000 shares and a total issue size of approximately ₹80.18 crore at the upper end of the price band.
