2nd January 2025, Chennai, India: Garuda Aerospace, a pioneer in Indian drone manufacturing and services, has partnered with Rajasthan Electronics & Instruments Limited (REIL) to establish a state-of-the-art Remote Pilot Training Organisation (RPTO) in Jaipur. This strategic initiative aims to address the rising demand for skilled drone operators across industries by offering comprehensive training programs compliant with the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) standards.
The RPTO will deliver an industry-leading curriculum, combining theoretical knowledge, hands-on flight training, and maintenance techniques. Graduates will be equipped to support drone operations in diverse fields such as agriculture, infrastructure development, surveillance, and logistics. This initiative is expected to bolster Rajasthan’s adoption of drone technology, driving economic growth, creating employment opportunities, and empowering local talent.
