Goldi Solar Launches Knock-RE 2025 to Create 10,000+ Renewable Energy Jobs Across India

New Delhi, Delhi, India | 24th July 2025: Goldi Solar, India’s leading solar PV module manufacturer, has launched an ambitious hiring initiative—Knock-RE 2025—to recruit over 10,000 professionals for its advanced AI-powered solar module and cell manufacturing units. This large-scale recruitment drive underscores the company’s commitment to building a skilled, inclusive, and future-ready workforce in the renewable energy sector.

Since the launch of Knock-RE 2025 on June 1, 2025, in Surat, the campaign has expanded to major cities including Jaipur, Noida, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Rajkot. These multi-city job fairs have already facilitated employment for over 2,000 candidates, including 1,000+ freshers, ensuring diverse and equitable participation across six Indian states.

What sets Goldi Solar apart is its dedication to diversity, inclusion, and social impact. Currently, 70% of its workforce consists of individuals from tribal communities, and the company continues to champion gender equality and employment opportunities for the differently-abled. In partnership with various skill development institutions, Goldi Solar is committed to bridging the gap between education and employment in the green energy sector.

Capt. Ishver Dholakiya, Founder & Managing Director of Goldi Solar, stated:
“With Knock-RE 2025, we are not only strengthening our operations with skilled youth but also contributing to India’s broader vision of self-reliance. By offering hands-on experience in solar module and cell manufacturing, we are empowering individuals and supporting the Hon’ble PM’s mission of making every citizen self-sufficient.”

As India’s solar industry rapidly expands, Goldi Solar is setting new benchmarks for sustainable job creation, AI-driven manufacturing, and inclusive growth in the clean energy economy.
