M3M Foundation inaugurates Lala Ji Ki Rasoi to Empower Women Entrepreneurs in Bajghera Village Through the Kaushal Sambal Program

Gurugram: Advancing women’s empowerment and sustainable livelihoods, 25 women entrepreneurs from Bajghera village, Sector-113, Gurgaon, are now part of Lala Ji Ki Rasoi, a community kitchen initiative under the Kaushal Sambal program by M3M Foundation. The initiative, inaugurated on March 5th at the centralized kitchen of M3M Foundation in Bajghera, Gurgaon, Haryana, aims to offer viable livelihood avenues for women, marking the beginning of a transformative journey for these enterprising women.

Dr. Payal Kanodia, Trustee and Chairperson of M3M Foundation, along with local MLA Mr. Rakesh Daulatabad, jointly inaugurated the community kitchen, demonstrating their commitment to fostering entrepreneurship and self-sufficiency among women. Dr. Kanodia expressed pride in the proactive participation of women, stating, “Through Kaushal Sambal, we are making significant strides towards enhancing the self-reliance of women.”

The Kaushal Sambal Program provides a platform for skill enhancement and economic autonomy. Supporting these 25 women entrepreneurs enhances their prospects and augments socio-economic development.

Lala Ji Ki Rasoi, under M3M Foundation, aims to ensure food security for marginalized segments of society. The foundation targets establishing 100 units of Lala Ji Ki Rasoi by 2028, demonstrating a steadfast commitment to societal welfare and empowerment.
