New Delhi, Delhi, India | 22nd December 2025: Panasonic Life Solutions India (PLSIND), in collaboration with Panasonic Corporation (PC), has announced the winners of the third edition of Panasonic Ignition, its flagship startup accelerator programme focused on transforming the future of residential living in India. Red Health and Respirer Living Sciences emerged as joint winners of Ignition 3.0, earning the opportunity to partner with Panasonic to co-create scalable, technology-driven residential solutions.
Panasonic Ignition 3.0: Driving Innovation in Residential Living
Anchored around the theme “Residential Business Challenges,” Panasonic Ignition 3.0 spotlighted startups developing innovations in smart home technologies, sustainability, wellness, connected devices, and community-centric living. The programme aims to identify and nurture startups that can address evolving residential needs through future-ready solutions.
Ignition 3.0 Winners and Their Solutions
- Red Health: A technology-led emergency response platform delivering end-to-end services from the “first minute to the last mile,” strengthening residential safety and emergency preparedness.
- Respirer Living Sciences: A deep-tech startup developing IoT-enabled energy recovery ventilators that ensure healthy indoor air quality while minimizing energy loss, supporting sustainable living.
Strong Participation from India’s Startup Ecosystem
Organized in partnership with Beyond Next Ventures, Panasonic Ignition 3.0 received 113 applications from early- and mid-stage startups across India. After a rigorous multi-stage evaluation, 11 startups were selected for a three-month accelerator cohort. Participants benefited from:

- Business model and product strategy refinement
- Technology validation with industry experts
Leadership Perspectives on Panasonic Ignition 3.0
Mr. Tadashi Chiba, MD & CEO, Panasonic Life Solutions India, said that India’s position as the world’s third-largest startup ecosystem, growing at 12–15% annually, reinforces Panasonic’s commitment to collaborative innovation. He highlighted that Ignition reflects Panasonic’s philosophy of “Create Today, Enrich Tomorrow,” focusing on solutions that improve quality of life and contribute to an ideal society.
Mr. Kunio Gohara, Chief Transformation Officer and Head of the CVC Office, Panasonic Corporation, emphasized India’s strategic importance under the Panasonic Kurashi Visionary Fund (PKVF). He noted that Ignition serves not only as an accelerator but also as a strategic investment pipeline, enabling Panasonic to identify long-term partners and scale innovations globally.

Accelerate Award Winners
Alongside the Ignition winners, Panasonic also announced the ACCELERATE award winners—Ambiator, Biomoneta, Cantata, and Kubo Care—for their high-impact potential. These startups will collaborate with Panasonic on pilot projects and explore mid-term strategic partnerships.

Over the past three years, Panasonic Ignition has evolved into one of India’s most forward-looking open innovation platforms, addressing large-scale challenges in residential safety, wellness, energy efficiency, and community infrastructure. The programme has engaged with 700+ startups and forged partnerships with 46+ startups, enabling real-world validation and scalable deployment of next-generation residential technologies.
