Jaipur based Incubation Center Gensus Edutainers is working relentlessly to support Startups from Ideation to Execution from across India. In addition to that they have launched and successfully running Accelerator program for startups called GENSTART.
Co-founders Sumit Srivastawa and Pranay Mathur are working with a vision to create 1000s of Entrepreneurs in coming year.
Sumit Srivastawa explained the philosophy of the program. He told us that it’s a 90 days journey for Startups. Startups are facing problems and challenges at various stages in their startup journey. They need to be heard properly and a suitable person should be assigned to address those problems.
So we have created the program and we are working with startups as their team. We keep our eyes on them and they have to submit the progress report every week.
When we asked the reason of Starting this kind of Program, Mr. Pranay Mathur told us that the ecosystem needs Accelerator program instead of Incubation. Most of Incubation centers are working merely as CoWorking Spaces. Different startups have different kind of problems and that can be addressed only if we work closely with them for certain period of time in a structured way.
We keep inviting Leaders from industry to help and support our startups and give them proper vision.
On Saturday A workshop on Design Thinking for Startups organized at the center. Mr. Nitin Sethi, VP-Digital, Indigo Airlines was the Resource Person to deliver the session. It was really insightful for startups.
At this point 25 Founders are enrolled in this accelerator program withing 3 Months and working on their ideas rigorously under the guidance and mentoring of Mentors from across India.
