Dr. Vibha Tripathi – CEO & Co-Founder, Swajal – Dr. Vibha is a social entrepreneur working in energy/water segment. She is the CEO & Co-founder of Swajal, a start-up with a focus on “provision of clean drinking water“. Dr. Vibha Tripathi specializes on the R&D of thin film solar cells and has held a number of workshops and seminars in the field of renewable energy. She has also guided many students in R&D of solar cells. Swajal machines, therefore, are solar powered, automated smart drinking water stations. In 2007, Divya joined Safexpress, India’s largest logistics and supply chain firm run by her father-in-law, Pawan Jain and her husband, Rubal Jain. Rashi Narang, co – founder, Heads up for Tails – Rashi grew up with family pets and at a young age, developed a strong sense of compassion for other beings. It was no surprise then that she left her corporate job to follow her heart. Rashi’s pet, Sara, showed her the way. While searching for markets for products that would fulfill Sara’s needs, Rashi realized that pet parents in India did not have access to products that could improve their pet’s lives.
