Dr. Vibha Tripathi – CEO & Co-Founder, Swajal – Dr. Vibha is a social entrepreneur working in energy/water segment. She is the CEO & Co-founder of Swajal, a start-up with a focus on “provision of clean drinking water“. Dr. Vibha Tripathi specializes on the R&D of thin film solar cells and has held a number of workshops and seminars in the field of renewable energy. She has also guided many students in R&D of solar cells. Swajal machines, therefore, are solar powered, automated smart drinking water stations. Dr. Vibha Won “IOT India Congress Startup Awards 2017” and Swajal Water selected in Champions of Change – Transforming India through G2B partnership by NITI Aayog – 2017.

She began her professional journey in 2005 as a financial analyst in Citibank. Divya then moved on to join Ernst and Young in India and worked as a Consultant with a number of Fortune 500 client companies, creating and validating business plans, conducting competitive analysis, and designing future business strategies for them. In 2007, Divya joined Safexpress, India’s largest logistics and supply chain firm run by her father-in-law, Pawan Jain and her husband, Rubal Jain. At Safexpress, she spearheaded the training division along with creating systems and managing standard operating procedures for the company. During her stint at Safexpress, she realized the lack of manpower and skill gaps that existed within the logistics and supply chain workforce. Toaddress this gap in the industry and to attract more talent, Divya decided to launch Safeducate, a new firm through which she could solve the existing manpower shortage witnessed in the domain. Rashi Narang, co – founder, Heads up for Tails – Rashi grew up with family pets and at a young age, developed a strong sense of compassion for other beings. It was no surprise then that she left her corporate job to follow her heart. Rashi’s pet, Sara, showed her the way. While searching for markets for products that would fulfill Sara’s needs, Rashi realized that pet parents in India did not have access to products that could improve their pet’s lives. In 2008, she decided to take on the big task of turning things around for pets and kick-started a home-based business called Heads Up For Tails.
