I dream of a future where every woman has access to safe hygiene practices and the means to create a better life for herself and her community.”
Transforming Menstrual Hygiene Through Innovation
With Project Naritav, Prachi has introduced a unique approach to menstrual health by enabling women to manufacture their own sanitary pads. This initiative not only ensures accessibility but also provides income-generation opportunities for rural women, fostering financial independence.
“It’s not just about donating pads; it’s about investing in local solutions. By producing pads locally, women gain both independence and dignity,” she emphasized.
A Vision of Equality and Empowerment
Prachi envisions a society free from caste, religion, and gender barriers, focusing on equality and humanity. Her goal is to establish one incubation center in every district of India, equipping women with entrepreneurial skills and creating lasting change.
Reflecting on her journey, Prachi added:
“I want to leave behind a legacy of equal opportunities. Every woman, irrespective of her background, deserves a chance to shine. My work isn’t just about building businesses—it’s about building lives.”
