Mumbai, August 12, 2026: Aries Agro Limited, a leading player in the micronutrient fertilisers and plant nutrition solutions segment, has reported a strong financial performance for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 (Q1 FY27), with significant improvement in both revenue and profitability.

Financial Highlights

  • Consolidated Net Income from Operations: ₹185.86 crore (Q1 FY27) vs. ₹159.79 crore (Q1 FY26) → 16.3% YoY growth.
  • Consolidated PAT attributable to owners: ₹14.91 crore vs. ₹10.03 crore → 48.7% YoY growth.
  • Consolidated Total Comprehensive Income: ₹14.18 crore vs. ₹10.18 crore.
  • Standalone Net Income from Operations: ₹180.83 crore vs. ₹154.19 crore → 17.3% YoY growth.
  • Standalone PAT: ₹13.62 crore vs. ₹9.17 crore → 48.5% YoY growth.
