How do monthly credits work?

Your monthly credit allowance (10, 30, or 100 credits) is automatically deposited into your wallet on your renewal date every 30 days. Credits can be used across the ecosystem for story add-ons, warm intros, contact unlocks, template downloads, and fast-track verifications.
Do unused credits expire?

Credits granted as part of active subscriptions roll over and stay valid for 90 days. On the Scale plan, credits remain active permanently as long as your membership is in good standing.
How does payment work without card storage?

In accordance with RBI privacy guidelines, we strictly never collect or store card numbers or CVVs. Payments are completed via direct UPI QR code (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM) or Bank NEFT/IMPS with instant order reference tracking.
