Please tell us about the founders
Chandra Prakash and myself founded the company in 2016 with a mission of providing reliable and standard bulk SMS Services in India.

Chandra Prakash is graduated in B.A from Gorakhpur University in 2004 and carried out with huge experience in sales, marketing and finance sectors from multiple MNC’s.

Myself post graduated in Marketing with B-tech as added advantage from JNTU in the year 2012 and worked for multiple bulk messaging companies and gained industry exposure.

So, we both had past experience of customer handling, revenue generating, online marketing, which helped us to getting started with our new dream i.e. Digimiles India Pvt. Ltd.

We initially started in 2016 with Bangalore as head office and later on scaled to metro cities like Hyderabad, Mumbai, Chennai and Delhi within just 12 months. Besides this, the company has also able to touched all cities from India and few global clients too.

“We have now powerful and stable platform which has the ability to transmit nearly 1 million messages in just 5 minutes of time,” says Mudassir.

What is the problem you are trying to solve? Can you share with us any insights that led you to believe that this is a big enough problem?
Yes, there is a serious problem in SMS market today. There are some players who offer service at very low cost, which doesn’t come with quality and infrastructure. Customer realises this logic after losing money their money with such providers.

This is really big enough problem. We’ve heard many stories from clients who used such services and how they’ve been lost up.

At Digimiles, we educate our customers with complete features – benefits and bring smiles with satisfaction on their faces.

What is the uniqueness about your Startup?
The time we’ve had started, the market was already crowded with many players who were offering low quality product in low rates. Only few players were decent in this.

There is a saying “You get what you pay for.”

So, till the day we never compromised in offering quality product even though our rates are standard and slightly higher than few other players in the market. A2P SMS is a highly competitive business and we’re trying hard to excel in our space.

What is the revenue model? Explain your thought process.
We’ve only a single revenue model i.e., Happy Customer. We’ve multiple packages from which customer can choose and buy from our website. If some client requests us for free trial, then we offer trial product.

Who are the consumers that you are targeting? How is this going to affect them?
While watching the way mobile and Internet growth since a decade, most of the companies realised that companies were building products for end consumer, but most of the corporates, b2b, startups was ignored.

So our messaging platform which can simplify the way of communication and provides ease of access to startups, SME’s, b2b and corporates.

What is the big picture of your startup? Will it lead to something bigger? If so, how?
Today, it works as aPaaS (application Platform as a Service). And in just 12 months of time we’ve on boarded 800 happy clients. This year we’ve planned to on-board 1500 startup’s and SME’s and minimum of 50 Enterprises.

Currently, we’re working on building global platform for messaging. We want to add up more value to our clients in the mobile industry.

What is the success story of your startup in your own words?
At initial period of time, we had fear to get started, but we were confident too. It was hard for us to design and develop a quality product with less financials. But we had belief on our strengths and passion that we carried, so we started investing money for a beautiful product.

“Hard work never fails.”

Today some of our clients include big players like Vijaya Bank, IIT Kanpur, bitpay, Deccan Herald, Birla Institute, IPL T20.

Any other information about your startup that you would like to share with us.
We are focused on expanding plans. We will be taking up global role. And we believe Digimiles vision to go a long way ahead. We will continue to serve ecosystem with our communications system that would be essentially powered by SMS, concludes Mudassir.
