Arrive Ai and Skye Air Partnership

New Delhi, India June 25, 2025Arrive AI (NASDAQ: ARAI), a global leader in autonomous delivery infrastructure, has entered into a strategic partnership with Skye Air Mobility, India’s premier hyperlocal drone logistics provider. Together, the companies aim to deploy a nationwide network of secure, intelligent delivery points to revolutionize drone-powered logistics across India—one of the world’s fastest-growing drone markets.

Rolling Out a Scalable Infrastructure for Autonomy
Skye Air currently enables 7-minute drone deliveries in Gurugram and Bengaluru, executing over 6,000 deliveries daily. As part of the partnership, Arrive AI will launch 60 smart delivery units—known as Arrive Points—across Gurugram, with plans to scale to 500 locations nationwide, aligned with Skye Air’s expansion roadmap. This infrastructure is expected to serve over 33 million people in New Delhi alone.

“India presents an extraordinary opportunity for autonomous delivery,” said Dan O’Toole, Founder and CEO of Arrive AI. “We’re not just building smart mailboxes—we’re establishing a trusted custody layer for global autonomous logistics. Partnering with Skye Air allows us to move quickly in a billion-plus market already accelerating toward autonomy.”

Trusted Infrastructure, Real-World Impact
Arrive Points—secured, app-connected micro cross-docks—represent a breakthrough in asynchronous, unmanned delivery. Designed with proprietary technology, they offer a higher level of security compared to traditional drop points and integrate seamlessly into the real-world delivery ecosystem.

“With more than 200,000 packages delivered monthly in a single city, we know at Skye Air that scalable infrastructure is essential,” said Ankit Kumar, Founder and CEO. “Partnering with Arrive AI strengthens our ability to create reliable access points across residential and commercial hubs.”

The deployment will begin with 60+ residential and commercial complexes in Gurugram, with expansion underway in Bengaluru and beyond. The goal: simplify drone delivery at scale and enhance public access to autonomous logistics.

Environmental and Global Implications
Each drone delivery through Skye Air reduces carbon emissions by 520 grams, contributing to a monthly savings of over 2.6 metric tons of CO₂. The partnership enhances Skye Air’s operations with its fleet of 30+ drones, while laying the foundation for future integration with ground-based robotic systems.

“India will be our showcase to the world,” added Kiran Paul, International Business Lead at Arrive AI. “The scalability and results we demonstrate here will shape the adoption of smart delivery hubs in global smart cities.”

Looking Ahead
Arrive AI plans to begin delivery of units to Skye Air within calendar year 2025. Together, the companies will unlock faster, greener, and more secure delivery for millions—starting in India, scaling globally.
