With more than 30 years of experience driving multi-billion-dollar transformations and strategic growth for Fortune 500 companies and global enterprises, DC brings unmatched expertise in business innovation, technology leadership, and operational excellence.
DC served as CEO and Managing Director of Mindtree from 2019, where he successfully led the high-profile merger with LTI to form LTIMindtree in 2022—now India’s sixth-largest IT services company. Prior to that, he spent over two decades at Cognizant, holding senior leadership roles including President of Digital Systems & Technology and Head of Global Delivery. DC played a key role in building Cognizant’s Banking & Financial Services vertical into its largest business unit and expanding operations across Kolkata, Pune, and Mumbai. He began his career with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS).
