Jaipur, July 1, 2025 — Garaaz, India’s leading digital spare parts aggregator for the automobile aftermarket, has raised ₹4.55 crore in a seed funding round led by GVFL. The funding will power Garaaz’s next phase of growth—scaling operations across multiple states, strengthening local distribution networks, building robust customer support infrastructure, and bringing unorganized workshops into the formal digital ecosystem.
The fresh capital will also accelerate R&D and product innovation, enabling Garaaz to enhance platform capabilities, deploy AI/ML-driven tools for predictive procurement and customer intelligence, and refine backend systems for seamless inventory and logistics management. As part of its expansion roadmap, the company also plans to onboard key talent across technology, sales, marketing, and operations.
With a vision to become India’s most trusted digital ecosystem for automotive spare parts, Garaaz aims to eliminate friction in the aftermarket value chain by offering a transparent, structured, and reliable platform that connects OEMs, distributors, garages, and resellers through smart workflows and integrated discovery tools.
Mihir Joshi, Managing Director at GVFL, said: “While digital retail has evolved dramatically—allowing us to even purchase EVs online—the spare parts supply chain remains deeply fragmented. Garaaz is solving a critical industry challenge by digitizing and unifying this space, creating trust and standardization where it’s long been lacking.”
Founded in 2019 by Shaleen Agarwal, Garaaz enables multi-brand workshops to compare and purchase from a catalog of over 8 million spare parts across 25 automotive brands. The platform has recorded 3X growth over two years, doubling sales in FY24–25 compared to the previous fiscal year. Its suite of features spans parts discovery, inventory checks, order tracking, account management, and workshop support—serving manufacturers, OEMs, distributors, and retailers alike.
Shaleen Agarwal, CEO and Founder of Garaaz, noted: “At Garaaz, we’re not just delivering spare parts—we’re delivering trust at scale. Our platform is the operating system for India’s workshop economy, built to make parts procurement intelligent, accessible, and invisible.”
India’s automotive aftermarket is projected to grow from $10 billion in 2023 to $14 billion by 2028, positioning Garaaz to play a pivotal role in digitizing one of the country’s most underserved yet high-potential segments.
