Bengaluru, August 1, 2025 — Bluspring Enterprises Limited [NSE: BLUSPRING, BSE: 544414], a leading player in India’s infrastructure management services sector, announced its financial results for the first quarter of FY2026, reporting consolidated revenue of ₹777 crore, reflecting a 13% year-on-year growth.
The company recorded an EBITDA of ₹24 crore and an adjusted profit after tax (PAT) of ₹13 crore for the quarter ending June 30, 2025. Sequentially, adjusted PAT rose by 14%, while reported PAT stood at ₹12 crore, marking a robust 123% increase compared to Q4 FY25.

Segment Performance Highlights
- Facility and Food Services: Contributed ₹476 crore in revenue with ₹19 crore EBITDA. The company added 22 new contracts during the quarter with an annual contract value (ACV) of ₹73 crore. Academic holidays impacted the food services segment.
- Telecom and Industrial Services: Reported revenue of ₹152 crore and EBITDA of ₹12 crore. Despite seasonal slowdown in telecom rollouts, the industrial segment witnessed growth with four new contracts worth ₹10 crore ACV.
- Security Services: Recorded ₹149 crore in revenue with ₹4 crore EBITDA. Bluspring continues to strengthen its portfolio with a focus on high-margin electronic surveillance, recently launching its ‘Smart Homes’ solution.
- Investments (foundit): The recruitment platform foundit posted revenue of ₹20 crore with an operational EBITDA loss of ₹16 crore. The company said its product revamp and sales push are on track, with early traction visible in candidate and recruiter engagement.

Bluspring added 87,378 employees as of Q1 FY26, marking a 4% year-on-year rise in headcount.
