Bluspring Reports ₹2,969 Cr Revenue in FY25 in First Financial Results as Independent Listed Entity

Bengaluru, India, 25 June 2025Bluspring Enterprises Limited (NSE: BLUSPRING, BSE: 544414), India’s leading infrastructure management services provider, today announced its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended 31 March 2025—marking its inaugural earnings release as an independent listed company.

FY25 Financial Highlights (Excluding Investments)

  • Revenue: ₹2,969 crore, up 15% YoY
  • EBITDA: ₹110 crore, marginally down 2% YoY
  • Adjusted PAT: ₹53 crore, up 7% YoY
  • Net Cash Position: ₹31 crore as of March 31, 2025
