CamScanner enables Remote Delivery for Students and Educators Amid COVID19 Outbreak

India | 21st April 2020: CamScanner, a leading mobile scanning app announced that it enables Remote Delivery for the students and educators with its features like scanning and document editing. The feature will help the students and teachers who are contending with the increasing impact of COVID-19, as schools and educational institutions, closes across the globe due to the pandemic. 

The feature will enable students to scan assignments which will be more legible and recognizable handwriting, make error sets with Jigsaw function and also to make PDF documents and modify documents online with Paint function. With CamScanner Remote Delivery feature, the teachers will be able to make electronic teaching materials into PDF or word in order to collect and correct assignments online more seamlessly.

Commenting on the same, Mr. Miller, Marketing Director, CamScanner said ” The closure of schools amid the pandemic presents an alarming challenge for both students and education institutions. We believe that learning must never stop, come what may. Thus, we enable the Remote Delivery for both students and educators to ensure the learning continuity by facilitating effective tools for distance learning” Last month, the brand has also announced to provide free access to its premium subscription to the educator and students till June 31, 2020. With the premium subscription, the users will be benefitted from the features like OCR translation into 60+ languages, file arrangement, Electronic signature, Excel Recognition, Taking a photo of a paper form and convert the photo to Excel version, Book Scan, etc.
