This exceptional restaurant celebrates the richness of Indian regional cuisine, reimagined with contemporary flair, offering a unique and elevated culinary experience for guests.

An extension of the iconic Minar restaurant in Connaught Place, New Delhi, Central Delhi carries forward the legacy of Minar, a brand that has delighted diners with authentic Indian flavors since 1970. The new venture blends Minar’s rich heritage with modern fine-dining elements, creating a seamless fusion of authenticity and innovation.

CYK Hospitalities has played a pivotal role in the development of Central Delhi, From The House of Minar, overseeing every aspect from inception to execution. The consultancy’s services included designing kitchen and store layouts, menu planning, branding, packaging, and ensuring the implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs). Additionally, CYK was integral to team recruitment and training, guaranteeing that guests receive exceptional service and enjoy a smooth operational experience.

CYK Hospitalities Elevates Dining Experience with Central Delhi at IFC M3M Gurugram

The restaurant’s menu, curated by Chef Aditi Dixit, showcases signature dishes such as Benaras Tamatar ki Tart, Buratta Nadru ki Chaat, and Central Kala Jamun, each offering a contemporary twist on traditional Indian flavors. The carefully crafted dishes highlight India’s culinary diversity while appealing to modern tastes.
