Happy Milk Introduces Curd and Its 3 New Variants This Season

Bengaluru, 13 December 2018: There must be something about curd that makes it staple across all Indian households. From raitas, gravies,chaas to curd rice- curd’s versatility has captured imagination of various chefs and cooks across generations. Curd is replete with many health benefits that make it one of the most favoured superfoods among nutritionists and fitness enthusiasts. Addressing this requirement, Happy Milk has now introduced curd straight from the farm to the table. The Happy Milk has no additives, is organic, and the taste will take you back to the good old days of home- made curd.

The newly launched curd has three variants. For those who are looking to cut down a pound or two, the brand has introduced The Slim Curd and Low Fat Curd, while the Classic Curd spells wholesome goodness. Curd is a treasure trove of essential Vitamins and Minerals like calcium, Vitamin B-2, Vitamin B-12, Potassium, and Magnesium. It is also immensely effective for the gut microbiome. Curd helps improve the bone health, digestion, and also regulates cholesterol and reduces high blood pressure. Other than this, it also has cooling properties.

Happy Milk brings in Israeli Know-How in animal care & the milking process, and uses state-of-the-art German Technology for production. Tthe brand has received certification from bodies like HACCP, FSSAI, ISO, Aditi and is soon to get authentication from Jaivik Bharat.

Currently, Happy Milk has six products in 22 SKUs including homogeneous and pasteurized milk, ghee, curd and paneer (cottage cheese). The organic creamy Happy Milk curd is stored in clay pots that bring in the rustic touch and is the traditional Indian way of storing curd.

The brand uses the Daily Ninja App to support its subscription model for home delivery across Bangalore. Curd and the other Happy Milk Products are available on the website http://www.happymilk.in and also in stores.
