Andhra Pradesh, India | 10th February 2026: InfraKraft, a design-led architectural manufacturing company led by CEO and Co-Founder Bhaskar Kumar, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Government of Andhra Pradesh to invest ₹50 crore in setting up a state-of-the-art integrated manufacturing facility in Kuppam. The agreement was formalized after discussions with Honourable Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu and senior state officials, marking a major step in strengthening Andhra Pradesh’s position as a national and global hub for advanced architectural manufacturing.
Aligned with Andhra Pradesh’s Industrial Growth Vision
Planned across a 3 lakh sq. ft. site, the upcoming facility aligns closely with Andhra Pradesh’s focus on Smart R&D clusters, strategic infrastructure projects, industrial security, and sustainable long-term growth. InfraKraft’s partnership with the state government reflects a shared belief that next-generation manufacturing requires not only capital investment but also strong policy support, skilled workforce development, and resilient industrial infrastructure.
High-Tech Manufacturing for Complex Architectural Production
Unlike conventional manufacturing plants, InfraKraft’s Kuppam facility will function as an industrial-grade technology engine dedicated to complex architectural production. At full capacity, the plant is expected to achieve an annual output of ₹200–250 crore and generate approximately 1,400 direct and indirect jobs across manufacturing, digital operations, logistics, and allied services.
The facility aims to become a leader in the space-beautification and building enhancement segment, enabling industrial-scale production of highly intricate architectural components with consistent quality and precision.
Kuppam as a Connected Precision Manufacturing Hub
The project will operate on a hub-and-spoke manufacturing model, with Kuppam serving as the central production hub digitally connected to architects and designers across India and global markets. Design data from cities such as Mumbai, London, and New York will seamlessly integrate into InfraKraft’s production systems, ensuring accurate execution regardless of geographical location.
Industry 4.0 Technology Stack
The facility will deploy an advanced Industry 4.0 technology ecosystem that goes beyond conventional CNC machining or basic 3D printing. Key capabilities will include:
- Industrial-grade 3D scanning and photogrammetry for digitising heritage and architectural elements
- Digital twin systems for real-time simulation and error prediction
- Large-format additive manufacturing for rapid prototyping and master-pattern development
- Five-axis CNC machining for wood, stone, metal, GRC, UHPC, and brass
- Cloud-based manufacturing execution platforms
- IoT-enabled monitoring and predictive quality control analytics
These integrated systems will enable highly accurate, efficient, and scalable architectural manufacturing.
Proprietary Precision Manufacturing Approach
Precision manufacturing forms the core of InfraKraft’s operational strategy. In architectural production, even minor deviations can affect installation, durability, and structural integrity. InfraKraft’s proprietary Point Intervention Technology applies advanced digital tools at critical production stages such as mould accuracy and master-pattern creation, while preserving artistic craftsmanship and design intent. This approach ensures repeatable precision at scale without compromising cultural or aesthetic value.
Boosting Local Economy and Skill Development
Beyond industrial output, the facility is expected to act as a catalyst for the local economy in Kuppam. While employment generation is a key benefit, InfraKraft’s long-term focus is on developing digitally skilled micro-entrepreneurs. Workers will be trained to operate advanced digital workflows and precision machinery instead of performing repetitive manual labour.
InfraKraft will collaborate closely with the District Collector, Kuppam Project Director, and the MSME Department of the Government of Andhra Pradesh, whose proactive support has played a critical role in advancing the project.
Long-Term Vision and National Expansion
With the MOU now in place, InfraKraft’s Kuppam facility represents a significant milestone in its growth strategy. The company plans to replicate this model across multiple locations, creating a nationwide network of advanced architectural manufacturing hubs.
Together, these facilities aim to redefine architectural manufacturing in India by making it more precise, scalable, and globally competitive—while staying rooted in design excellence and craftsmanship.
