Liminal Custody Appoints Rajesh Sabari as Chief Commercial Officer to Lead Global Expansion

Singapore/Dubai | August 7, 2025Liminal Custody, a regulated wallet infrastructure and digital asset custody platform, has announced the appointment of Rajesh Sabari as its new Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). With over 20 years of experience driving growth in fintech and financial infrastructure across global markets, Rajesh will lead Liminal’s next phase of strategic and commercial expansion—focusing on deepening institutional adoption across Asia, the Middle East, and emerging markets.

Rajesh joins Liminal from Telcoin, where he played a pivotal role in scaling enterprise partnerships and driving revenue growth across APAC, MENA, and Africa. His work in building regulated, blockchain-based financial solutions within complex regulatory environments is closely aligned with Liminal’s mission to deliver trusted custody infrastructure at a global scale.

Prior to Telcoin, Rajesh held senior leadership roles at Mastercard, Amdocs, and Syniverse, where he spearheaded ecosystem partnerships, developed innovative commercial models, and engaged with regulators across diverse jurisdictions. With a strong foundation in both traditional finance and Web3 innovation, Rajesh is well-positioned to expand Liminal’s footprint among institutional clients.

He holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a graduate certificate in AI & Blockchain from Stanford University, and is a CFA charterholder.

Strategic Mandate

In his new role, Rajesh will lead Liminal Custody’s global revenue strategy, institutional go-to-market initiatives, branding and digital marketing, and strategic partnerships, including engagements with government bodies. His immediate focus will be on accelerating adoption in high-growth regions such as India, the Middle East, Africa, and Southeast Asia, where demand for regulated, secure custody infrastructure is rapidly rising.

Mahin Gupta, Founder of Liminal Custody, said: “We are at a defining moment where institutions are actively seeking secure, compliant custody partners to manage their digital assets. Rajesh brings a rare blend of frontier-market execution and global enterprise leadership. His experience will be critical as we expand our institutional presence and unlock scalable revenue channels.”

Rajesh Sabari, Chief Commercial Officer, added: “Liminal Custody solves a core Web3 challenge—helping institutions securely manage digital assets with regulatory confidence. I’m excited to join a team delivering future-ready infrastructure that converts blockchain potential into enterprise value. Scaling trust-based solutions in both emerging and highly regulated markets, within a culture of integrity and innovation, is a truly exciting opportunity.”

Liminal’s Continued Momentum

The appointment follows a series of senior leadership hires as Liminal Custody strengthens its global executive team. With a growing customer base across APAC and MENA, Liminal is focused on delivering compliant, enterprise-grade custody and wallet infrastructure to power digital asset operations at scale—from secure storage to seamless access.
