Motilal Oswal Financial Services Acquires 1.65% Stake in Zelio E-Mobility

March 5, 2026 | Haryana, India: Zelio E-Mobility Ltd., a rapidly expanding electric two- and three-wheeler manufacturer, has attracted strong institutional interest as Motilal Oswal Financial Services acquired a 1.65% stake in the company.

According to exchange data, Motilal Oswal purchased 3.5 lakh shares at ₹280 per share, amounting to a total consideration of ₹9.8 crore. Following the transaction, Zelio’s stock surged nearly 10% in early trade, reaching ₹338 per share, with a market capitalisation of ₹716 crore.
