The second edition of the awards took place recently in Mumbai where winners were invited to celebrate their efforts in poker-playing. Chandan Dilawar learnt the sport of poker when he moved to England to become a trained actor, where he started playing the sport for recreational purposes. As a skilled player, Chandan explored his talents in the game, becoming a “Millionaire” and making INR 25 lakhs with a meager investment of INR 1000.
A recreational player, Pranav Khandalkar, from Pune (currently in Mumbai), believes that poker-playing has taught him a lot about life and growth. During one of his recreational matches he earned INR 25 Lakhs to become a Millionaire.
