Mykare.ai Raises USD 3.2 Million to Address Healthcare’s Patient Access and Experience Gaps

New Delhi | June 29, 2026: Mykare.ai has raised a total of USD 3.2 million, including an additional USD 1 million in its latest round. The round saw participation from Andrew and Alfredo, founders of Papa.com, and a leading family office from the Middle East.

The new capital will be used to:

  • Enhance AI capabilities.
  • Accelerate product development.
  • Support global expansion across the US, UK, Middle East, and India.

While billions are being invested in futuristic AI healthcare solutions, Mykare.ai is tackling a fundamental challenge: improving patient access, engagement, and experience by fixing operational inefficiencies.

  • Clinics and hospitals often rely on 10+ disconnected systems for patient acquisition, appointments, follow-ups, communication, feedback, and admin tasks.
  • To bridge these gaps, providers add more manpower, worsening inefficiencies amid a global shortage of qualified staff.
  • The problem is most acute for small and medium-sized hospitals and clinics, which account for 80% of facilities in India and serve the majority of patients worldwide.

Solution: AI-Native Healthcare Operating System
Mykare.ai is building an AI-native operating system that automates the entire patient journey, including:

  • Patient acquisition.
  • Appointment booking.
  • Follow-ups and retention.
  • Feedback collection.
  • CRM updates.

Its AI agents can acquire new patients, identify intent, answer calls via voice AI, book appointments, manage follow-ups, and unify fragmented systems into a single intelligent layer.

Senu Sam, Founder & CEO, Mykare.ai: “The problem we chose to solve is one that many people avoid because it’s hard and messy, with disconnected systems. Healthcare providers should focus on patient care, not on managing missed calls, follow-ups, and disconnected systems. We’re building the AI operating system for healthcare providers, helping them grow faster, improve patient experience, and operate more efficiently.”

Traction & Expansion

  • Expanded across the United States, United Kingdom, Middle East, and India.
  • Currently has a waiting list of 20+ hospitals and healthcare providers.

About Mykare.ai

  • Increase sales.
  • Improve patient experience.
