Aditya Malik brings over one year of proven performance at Pazcare, where he has been instrumental in scaling the company’s revenue generation capabilities, achieving record deal volumes, and establishing robust sales operations. In his expanded role as CRO, Malik will oversee comprehensive revenue strategy including new business acquisition, account expansion, and market penetration initiatives, with emphasis on delivering measurable employee health outcomes. His professional background includes senior positions at Accenture, PwC, Unilever, and HighRadius. Malik holds a mechanical engineering degree from Delhi Technological University and a post-graduate diploma from IIM Ahmedabad.

Arpit Rungta assumes responsibility for client success, retention strategies, and cross-selling initiatives as SVP of Customer Success. His mandate centers on ensuring optimal customer engagement that translates into improved employee health and wellness outcomes. Rungta’s career includes leadership roles at Schlumberger, Boston Consulting Group, and HighRadius. He is a graduate of IIT Kharagpur.

Abhishek Goyal joins Pazcare in a senior growth leadership capacity, focusing on core marketing initiatives, strategic partnerships, and new business development.
