Phoenix Marketcity Mumbai Wins National Energy Conservation Award 2024

Mumbai, December 20, 2024: Phoenix Marketcity, Mumbai, has been honored with the National Energy Conservation Award 2024, securing the second prize for its exemplary efforts in energy efficiency and sustainability. This prestigious recognition was conferred by the Union Ministry of Power, Bureau of Energy Efficiency as part of its initiative to promote energy conservation across industries and establishments in India.

The National Energy Conservation Awards, launched in 1991, acknowledge organizations that demonstrate outstanding achievements in reducing energy consumption while maintaining operational efficiency. These awards play a significant role in advancing the country’s mission toward an energy-efficient and sustainable future.

The award ceremony was held on 15th December 2024 at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi, and was graced by prominent leaders, including Shri Jagdeep Dhankar, Vice President of India, as the Chief Guest. Other dignitaries included Shri Shripad Yesso Naik, Minister of State for Power and New & Renewable Energy; Shri Pankaj Agarwal, Secretary, Ministry of Power; and Shri Srikant Nagulapalli, Director General, Bureau of Energy Efficiency and Additional Secretary, Ministry of Power.
