National | August 1, 2025 — In a strategic move to bolster its Education, Employability, and Entrepreneurship (EEE) practice, Primus Partners, a leading management consulting firm, has announced the appointment of Ms. Garima Babbar as Executive Director. She will spearhead efforts to strengthen the firm’s impact within global education and skills ecosystems, working closely with Ms. Charu Malhotra, Co-Founder and Managing Director.
With more than 20 years of cross-sector experience, Ms. Babbar joins Primus following a transformative tenure at Adobe Inc., where she served as Country Head – Education and Skills. There, she led national-level initiatives in partnership with India’s Ministry of Education and Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, aligning with the objectives of the National Education Policy to champion digital creativity and foundational skill-building at scale.
Her prior leadership roles span institutions including Microsoft India, KPMG, and the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC)—where she led high-impact programs involving policy advisory, digital transformation, and stakeholder collaboration across both government and development sectors.
