New Delhi, Delhi, India | 10th September 2025: SIG Tattva, the corporate venture capital arm of Somany Impresa Group (promoter of AGI Greenpac Limited – BSE: 500187 and Hindware Home Innovation Limited – BSE: 542905), has announced a strategic investment of ₹3.5 crore in Crion Technologies, a pioneering company specializing in IoT, AI, AR/VR, and cloud-based digital solutions.
Crion Technologies’ flagship platform, Clonos, is a next-generation digital twin solution that is transforming asset management. By providing real-time insights and predictive analytics, Clonos helps enterprises improve operational efficiency, reduce downtime, and make data-driven decisions.
Vishnuvardhan Jayachandran, CEO of Crion Technologies, stated, “We are thrilled to partner with SIG Tattva. Alongside the investment, SIG Tattva launched its flagship ‘Pilot Before Pitch (PBP)’ program, an industry-first initiative designed to redefine start-up and enterprise collaboration. The launch event brought together top venture capital firms, start-ups, academic institutions, and senior leaders from Somany Impresa Group for a day of open innovation and collaboration.
Participating venture capital firms included Huddle Ventures, TVS Capital, Pontaq, Alteria Capital, Arali Ventures, Forge, and Nirman Venture. The program featured start-up showcases, interactive panel discussions, and insights from industry, VC, and academic stakeholders on accelerating the adoption of deep-tech solutions in real-world environments.

As part of the PBP launch, SIG Tattva hosted leading VCs, incubators, and accelerators at AGI Greenpac’s Bhongir Glass Manufacturing Plant, India’s largest glass bottle manufacturing facility. The visit highlighted the Group’s advanced manufacturing capabilities and demonstrated how start-ups can leverage SIG Tattva’s resources, operational expertise, and industry-scale pilot opportunities to co-create innovative solutions.
