1.3 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the Platform in any manner, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

• Fraud or intentional misconduct

10. INDEMNIFICATION

10.2 Defence of Claims

If we incur costs defending against third-party claims because of your actions, you will reimburse us for all reasonable expenses, including attorney fees.

11. FORCE MAJEURE

11.1 Definition

“Force Majeure” means events beyond reasonable control, including:

• Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, hurricanes)
• War, terrorism, civil unrest
• Government actions or regulations
• Pandemic or epidemic
• Infrastructure failures (power outages, internet disruptions)
• Labor strikes
• Supplier failures

11.2 No Liability

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to Force Majeure events. However, we will:

11.3 Refunds During Force Majeure

If we cannot deliver due to Force Majeure, we will:

All disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in:

• Una/Kangra, Himachal Pradesh (primary jurisdiction)
• Delhi (alternative jurisdiction for serious/complex matters)

You irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of these courts.

14.3 Dispute Resolution Process

Before pursuing legal action, we request:

1. Negotiation (15 days): Attempt to resolve informally
2. Escalation (15 days): Escalate to management
3. Litigation (if unresolved): File in competent courts

14.4 Consumer Protection

If you are a consumer, you may:

• File complaints with Consumer Protection Authorities
• Pursue remedies under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019
• Access fast-track dispute resolution

16. MISCELLANEOUS

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and any product-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Platform. Any prior negotiations, understandings, or agreements are superseded.

16.3 No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it in the future.

16.4 Assignment

You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms to affiliates or successors.

• Your account dashboard
