The Center of Healing operates as one of the largest Mind Development Experts based out of New Delhi. They have been progressively expanding their wings in the field of mental health. The Center of Healing takes customers to a journey to explore their inner strength and weaknesses which helps them in their mental upliftment and heal them in every manner by qualified and professional counselors and healers who aim to understand them.

Swati Swahney is the founder. She started working in 2012 in this sector. She is a social worker and has done a lot for the people on streets. She also runs an NGO where she has helped underprivileged children and women by teaching them certain skills which could help them earn their livelihood independently. Q.: What is the problem you are trying to solve?
Ans:
We are working for the mind power and on various healing therapies to solve the problems like anxiety, depression and many other psychosomatic problems. We provide various services like:

Q.: Can you share with us any insights that led you to believe that this is a big enough problem?
Ans:
The purpose of opening this kind of a business was my own experience; there was a time when I myself was suffering from this kind of a disease. I could overcome this only because I got right mental healing which got me back to my ownself. This made me realize that I should establish a mental healing center which could help people overcome such problems.

Q.: Tell us about the Product / Solution. Explain how you went about the Product-Market Fit Process.
Ans:
We are into service sector, we provide mental and spiritual healing to all our clients and this service is free of cost for people who come to us through our own NGO and can’t afford to pay for treatments

Q.: What is your USP?
Ans:
The Unique Selling Proposition of our business is that generally people start a company with a mindset to earn profit but we have started this company just to help people overcome their mental problems. We have all types of services and we make trained professionals deal with our client.

Q.: What were your assumptions when you entered the market, learning that you have? Who in your mind is your ideal customer? Do you have at least one of them signed up?
Ans:
My purpose to open a healing startup company was to give a platform to people for their mental healing, when I entered the market the learning I had was people have a very different mindset if they are suffering from any mental problem. They still believe in a taboo that if they take any help from anyone for their mental problem, they will be treated indifferently in the society. Apart from running this center I am also trying to break this mindset prevailing in the society these days.

Q.: What has been your biggest failure as an entrepreneur and what did you learn from it??
Ans:
I have just started my company and we are still trying to get established, I am ready for all kinds of challenges which will come our way in future.

Q.: How are you pricing the Product? What is the logic behind it? What is the model you are following – Free / Freemium / Premium etc. ? Explain your thought process.
Ans:
As we are in service sector, we don’t price our products as per the market. We have various services and we charge our clients according to the services they require and also the number of sessions they want to get healed.

Q.: How did you get your first customer?
Ans:
We got our first customer through social media platform. We uploaded a video on you tube regarding our center and then got the first client converted.

Q.: Please tell us about the investors (if any)
Ans:
There are no investors, we are a self funded.

Q.: Is there any interesting success story? If yes, please write about it. ?
Ans:
As we have just started, we hope to get a success story soon.

Q.: What is the big picture of your startup? Is this Product/service leading to something bigger? If so, how
Ans:
Yes, I believe our services is leading to the change in the mindset of the society, we heal people and give them a new thinking. This will initially lead to a big change in the society in the coming years.

Q.: Since inception, give us a sense of the value of business done by your venture? What is the current turnover? (From Launching till date total no. of visitors on website/persons registered/enquiries and enrollment). Please explain in details:
Ans:
We have just started, so I believe it will take some time to answer such questions.

Q.: What is the insight that you have about this market, which no one else has? Uniqueness about your Startup.
Ans:
My uniqueness is that we provide a platform to people who have any sorts of mental problem. We have trained and qualified professionals and we take a number of sessions to heal them totally that too in a fun and attractive way so that the person doesn’t realize that there is some sort of problem with him.

Q.: List all the names of the core Team Members, along with their Designated Roles – How you see them evolving over time. What would be each of their Skillsets? – Elaborate also if any of the team members has a specific domain expertise.
Ans:
We have two main people Mrs. Swati Sawhney Founder
Mrs. Pooja Gupta, Marketing head
We do have a separate marketing team and the professionals we hire on healing come to us on the basis of sessions lined up.

Q.: Who do You Perceive as Your Competition? How do you differentiate yourself with them?
Ans:
Our main competition are the other centers which provide same kind of healing services, we are different because we make mental healing fun for our clients.

Q.: What would be your goal to accomplish in the next six months?
Ans:
My goal is to create a separate place for my business in the market and also prevail as the one stop solution for all the mental problems in the mind of the customers.

Q.: What message do you want to convey to fellow entrepreneurs?
Ans:
My message is to be positive in life and never give up if there are any failures.
