Wellness Company Wholeleaf Secures ₹1.5 Crore in Seed Funding Round

Mumbai | February 26, 2026: Wholeleaf, an all-natural pain therapeutics company, has raised ₹1.5 Crore in a seed funding round with participation from prominent investors including Aman Gupta (Co-founder & CMO, BOAT), Namita Thapar (Executive Director, Emcure Pharmaceuticals), and Kanika Tekriwal (CEO, JetSetGo), following its appearance on Shark Tank India Season 5.

Previously, the Gurgaon-based startup had raised ₹4 Crore in a funding round supported by institutional investors and notable angel investors.

The newly raised capital will be deployed to:

  • Expand online presence via D2C channels.
  • Strengthen offline retail presence across key metropolitan cities.
  • Enhance doctor engagement and accelerate product awareness.
  • Support clinical collaborations and research-led product development to create medically informed formulations.

Founded in 2020 by Shivraj Sharma, Wholeleaf develops proprietary Ayurveda-based formulations that combine cannabinoids with clinically relevant super herbs to deliver effective, long-term pain management solutions.
