National, 10th January 2024: Gurugram-based startup community builder, PedalStart, is excited to introduce PedalCircle, India’s pioneering outcome-driven offline cohort program based in Bangalore. This unique initiative is dedicated to propelling early-stage startups from Proof-of-Concept (POC) to their initial fundraising round. PedalCircle, spanning three intensive months, aims to empower 25 exceptional founders through curated access to knowledge, mentors, infrastructure, market avenues, and growth capital.
Scheduled to kick off in Bangalore in the second week of February 2024, PedalCircle employs a stringent yet founder-friendly 5-step screening process. From form screening to a gala dinner event on 25th January, where founders engage with top-tier Venture Capitalists, mentors, and ex-Startup Founders, the selection process ensures alignment with crucial aspects.
The chosen 25 startups will immerse themselves in the outcome-driven offline cohort program. This unique experience includes access to PedalStart’s expert support team and shared resources pool covering functions like marketing, tech, legal, and recruiting on a usage basis, optimizing early-stage cash burn. The founders will benefit from personalized 1:1 mentor sessions with seasoned ex-founders and investors, tailored to address specific startup needs at different phases of their entrepreneurial journey.
Manas Pal and Aditya Darolia, Co-Founders of PedalStart, emphasize, “PedalCircle is designed to address critical gaps in early-stage startups, providing guidance from those who have built ventures from the ground up. Selected startups gain unparalleled access to infrastructure, knowledge, industry connections, mentors, market access channels, and growth capital, all aimed at accelerating their progress. PedalCircle distinguishes itself by prioritizing community building. Participants engage intensively at the Innovation Hub, fostering strong personal bonds, collective learning, and long-term founder relationships.”
Upon completion of the offline cohort, over five startups stand a chance to secure investment from PedalStart, receiving funding of up to $250K from the PedalStart network.
Beyond the cohort, participants retain full access to PedalStart’s extensive founder community platform, comprising over 1600 entrepreneurs. This lifelong community proves invaluable for potential partnerships, future growth needs, and ongoing knowledge-sharing opportunities post the three-month accelerator experience.
