Bengaluru, 12th March 2024: Amadeus announces its acquisition of Voxel, a leading provider of electronic invoice and B2B payment solutions within the travel industry. This strategic move aims to enhance Amadeus’ travel payment experience and broaden its product suite for travel sellers and hospitality players.

The integration of Voxel’s solutions into Amadeus’ offerings will provide travel sellers with access to a wider range of payment services and enable a more streamlined electronic invoice management process for various travel entities. This acquisition will also facilitate Amadeus in delivering a more automated and seamless business travel experience, from reservations to expense management.
