Stratbeans empowers Tata Steel to enhance employee productivity with digital learning

New Delhi | 19th November 2019: Tata Steel, one of the world’s largest steel companies partnered with Stratbeans, a leading Learning Management Solutions (LMS) provider to digitally train its employees. As a leading LMS provider, Stratbeans has empowered the former’s employees through advanced digital learning and performance support solutions in order to boost productivity.

With a view to manage the entire learning & training process of its manufacturing workforce, Stratbeans was onboard to enable on-the-go learning for Tata Steel employees. Stratbeans framed a step-by-step digital learning strategy for Tata Steel from Custom Content creation, Interactive Learning Videos to 3D Content Creation.
