New Delhi, A year-end get-together to celebrate the achievement of 1500 membership, including 500 members who have also contributed the land cost for Officer’s Enclave, was hosted jointly by Aditia Realty Pvt. Ltd (ARPL) and NGPL at Talkatora Stadium, New Delhi. The president of CSSOS, Mr. Neh Srivastava was invited as the chief guest for the occasion. The pan-India membership registration was jointly conducted by ARPL and NGPL for CSSOS.
The guest list included the team members of ARPL and NGPL. With the zeal and enthusiasm of over 1500 attendees, the event was made a greater success with a star performance of the Pitbull fame international Rockstar and Youth icon Guru Randhawa, who made people dance to his songs. Earlier this year Aditia Reality Pvt. Ltd. had signed up Guru Randhawa as its brand ambassador.
The event started off with a cultural performance, followed by a 90-minute concert and jamming session by the star of the night, High- rated Gabru, Guru Randhawa. To recognise and commemorate their contribution, excellent performers from ARPL and NGPL were awarded by the chief guest for the occasion, Mr. Neh Srivastava.
The agenda of organising such a grand event was to promote and showcase the brand value of ARPL and to capitalize on Guru’s youth appeal image to increase its outreach and visibility among the upcoming Generation of home buyers. Both these companies aim at social service through its work in employment, careers, skill development, investment, health, education and many other sectors for the welfare of retired Government/ PSU/ bank employees and their families.

Music lovers in the stadium got a wholesome treat of both romantic songs and party numbers witnessing the power-packed performance by Guru Randhawa. The guests got a chance to listen to recent his Bollywood hits like Suit -Suit Karada, Ishq tera, Lahore and other party tracks sung by Guru. After the dazzling performance by Guru, the event concluded with an address delivered by Mr. Meghraj Rathore, MD, NGPL.
