In the aftermath of COVID-19, Mavyn, a technology driven logistics company is taking appropriate measures for the truckers and has requested the Government of India for the movement of interstate empty vehicles in order for them to reach the manufacturing or warehouse facilities.

A quote on the same from Mr. Sachin Haritash, Founder & CEO – Mavyn:

“In view of the need to contain the spread of COVID-19, the government has decided to allow the movement of only essential transport till March 31, 2020. This requires empty trucks to move from the states where they are currently located to reach the pick-up points for essential services.

There is hope that the government will allow the movement of interstate empty vehicles in order for them to reach the manufacturing or warehouse facilities. These trucks could be issued letters bearing vehicle number to essential commodity manufacturers and traders for better movement of these vehicles on roads. These essential steps will further boost government’s efforts in managing the corona crisis.

At Mavyn we have started a PAN India service of full truck load for essential services in the times of COVID-19 and we have been at the forefront of providing end-to-end transportation solutions. The company is completely faceless, paperless and digital and operates virtually for its shipments. The services are based on a no human interaction model.”
