T-Hub and Suzuki Innovation Center Partner to promote open-innovation between India and Japan

● The partnership aims to provide technology startups with access to capital, mentorship, and opportunities in India and Japan.

India, 13th feb 2023: T-Hub, a leader in India’s innovation ecosystem, has announced a collaboration with Suzuki Motor Corporation (SMC), a top player in the automotive industry, to boost the growth of the Indian startup community. This partnership will provide mentorship and support to Indian entrepreneurs looking to tap into Japan’s ecosystem through T-Hub and SMC.

The Suzuki Innovation Center (SIC), an open innovation platform, will offer growth opportunities to T-Hub-incubated startups and facilitate new connections and innovation between India and Japan. Entrepreneurs will have the chance to collaborate with universities and industries from both countries in areas such as sustainability, rural development, supply chain, agritech, and mobility. T-Hub’s strong innovation ecosystem will also provide exposure for SIC to innovative solutions from startups, enhancing their experience and expertise in the innovation field. T-Hub and SIC will join forces in events, leadership programs, workshops, and mentoring to bridge the gap between the Japanese and Indian startup ecosystems.

The one-year agreement aims to revolutionize open innovation and create worldwide opportunities for the Indian startup ecosystem. T-Hub startups will have access to benefits such as solution validation, proof-of-concept development, funding options, and a vast network of global connections.
